Very difficult to set up as there is no way to relieve the pressure on the joints. You just have to DEPLOY it. While the base and tray ARE metal and very comfortable to the touch, the armrests are silver painted plastic. Also the screws used are terrible. I tried removing a pair and the screwdriver slashed the head with minimal effort. However, the stand is VERY solid and stable. It does exactly what I need. At €40 I think it's just too expensive. It's a $25 booth, max.
