I'm not sure if I'm having a marriage or what.1. This scooter doesn't seem suitable for 5+, the deck could be wider and it's quite heavy. Possible for 7/8+2. The handles don't fit. See photo.3. The stem is not adjustable. The clamp on the stem does not clamp tight enough (even after tightening the adjustment as much as possible), causing the stem to move up and down.4. The instructions say there are two locking pins on the stem. There is only one here. And it's set to the maximum setting. See photo.5. If you email customer support, they will ask you to email the manufacturer.
