I like that you can customize it to fit your needs, as well as having multiple plugins for various purposes (for example, this one is great if you're looking at tracking social media).

There are some things in their dashboard that could be more clear/user friendly - but overall good! The biggest benefit of using UTracker compared with other services out there is how easy they make data collection/analysis through customizable dashboards. They also provide training tutorials so anyone who wants to use them has no trouble learning what they need. We've been able to track our customers' progress throughout each step of their purchase cycle from first contact all the way up until after purchasing products or signing contracts.
