It is easy to implement as a web analytics solution, and it's cheap and fast to deploy. We could easily integrate with our existing system, so no need to worry about compatibility issues. The UI of the dashboard is not very intuitive. If you are not familiar with the software, it may be difficult to understand what all the metrics mean in the dashboard.
