I like that it is self hosted, which makes it easier to use than if you are using third party tools. It's easy enough for my non technical users but also has lots of features in case they want more control. Sometimes when there is an error or problem with our site, we cannot find out what happened because it does not track very well back through time. We still have some issues from old data being stored even though it should be purged after 90 days, so this isn't perfect. If your organization doesn't need advanced tracking then it may work just fine, just keep in mind that some older information will stay around longer. Tracking our visitor flows, including who visited where within our sites (which pages), how long people spend on each page, etc., as well as seeing overall trends about traffic sources/sources/etc.
