Review on Efficient and Reliable: General Filter 1A-25B Standard Fuel Oil Filter, 3/8-Inch by Jay Blo

Mine arrived bolted on and I assume it has a filter in it. I have read that it is. I had to check but felt like it would kill the seal so I assumed it was ok NO! Now that he's on duty, he cries a little. I have contacted the company's support regarding this but they have not yet responded. You can't tighten it anymore. It is slammed at the factory with pneumatic tools. I think the gasket needs to be removed and replaced. Well! Must be repaired immediately after installation. I suggested to the company that they ship them without tightening them with instructions for assembly.
