Please use them so no one gets stuck!

We had these when we bought the house and they hung over every door. My kids locked the door and couldn't or wouldn't get out. A real lifesaver. The whole house was recently painted by a professional. Now we have grandchildren and they are doing this now. But we didn't need them for long. Therefore, while looking for the key, we had to use a screwdriver to get the baby out. He later spoke to a painter who said he threw them away not knowing what they were doing to the door frame, just old, rusty and dusty. Guilty. So now all 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are safe, as are 5 grandchildren. And Sanity Grammys!
