Five years and the chain still hasn't broken
I am a widower. I live alone. I cook how I want. That means I use a small cast iron skillet every day and a cast iron skillet at least once a week. I break large dishes from a pan into portioned freezer bags. I have been using this vacuum cleaner regularly for five years. Still works the same as the first try. No broken links yet. Iron utensils become a real relic. I had to rummage through flea markets to find mine. I bought a large pan lid from Lodge.
