I make chicken soup from scratch by dunking a whole chicken in a pot of water. When the soup was ready I had to fish out the bones hoping to get them all, which I never did. Soup Sock enters. Now I put the whole chicken in the bag before submerging it in the water. When the soup is ready, I remove the bag, cut open, carefully remove and return the meat to the broth. I no longer worry about the bones in the soup. Soup bags are an integral part of the kitchen!
