Review on GEZICHTA 30W Desoldering Tool Pump: Electric Vacuum Solder Sucker for Portable Repairing Iron Tool by David Fields

As another reviewer said, this does not work as I expected. I was expecting a continuous vacuum at the push of a button. This tool works like a solder sucker with a piston, but is powered by a powerful electromagnet. The first time I used it, I soldered about 400 solder joints without any problems or rework. Simply melt the solder, press the button (and hold it!), then move the nozzle to a safe spot to get rid of the solder, and let go. Be careful when you release the button, very hot solder will splatter everywhere. All in all a great tool that is totally worth the money, even though I just broke it.
