Have seen improvement on scars but device needs pressure applied

I use this device primarily for acne scars and self harm scars. I have definitely seen an improvement over several months although I HIGHLY advise employing the punch method and not the drag method. I find that the needles will penetrate the skin at the desired depth that way. I also find that I have to use a little pressure to get the needles to go to the depth I want (2.5mm). I’m actually wondering if mine has broken because it seems like it’s just vibrating now and I’m pretty sure the needles went up and down in the beginning. I will contact customer support and report back.
