Little info about the 12-pin, 36-pin & Nano. The 12-pin cartridges are suitable for repair acne scars, wrinkles, fine lines,hyperpigmentation, collageninduction & stretch marks. The 36-pin suitable for whitening, moisturizing, spotting, skin rejuvenation, shrink pores, stretch marks & collagen production. The NANO Cartridge is suitable for nutrition importing, whitening skin, spot removingand skin rejuvenation.This device comes with 4 each - 12 & 36, and 2 NANO cartridges.Here’s what I did:1 - I washed my face to get all the first, oil, make up off. I didn’t want anything on my skin that could cause irritation or infection.2 - Made sure my Dr. Pen was fully charged. It was, but I still kept it plugged in the charger until I was done the next step.3 - I put 5% Lidocaine Cream on my cheek and let it sit for 20 mins. Then I wiped of the numbing cream and cleansed my face again but I could have just cleaned my cheek but I choose to do the entire face again.4 - I put on a pair of disposable gloves, and opened the cartridge packet and locked the needle cartridge in the device.5 - I adjusted the dept to match what I was needing for my cheek and choose the speed that I was comfortable with.6 - Guided the device over my cheek horizontally, vertically, than diagonally in both directions. I did this 2x’s. (I was not putting pressure, with the device, on my cheek)AFTER:1 - I washed my face with warm water only.2 - Applied Hyaluronic Acid 3 - For the 2 days since I’ve used a mild cleanser, and used USDA Jojoba Oil which is the moisturizer I have always used.Now we are up to where I am today. I will wait 🗓4 - 6 weeks before doing another treatment on the same area. We’ll see how it goes. So far, no serious irritations, just a little redness which is expected, this is my first time.HOPE THIS HELPS others understand a little of how it works. 👍I feel very comfortable using this device and knew going into it, this is a commitment and requires patience.
