I am giving 4 stars (not 5) for the cons listed below. But I have to stay, I'm completely stunned that this works. As someone with severe arthritis and spinal stenosis, I was increasingly plagued by joint pain. While this only eliminates back and hip pain, I can actually bend down, get out of my seat, and do chores without squeaking in pain or reaching for the nearest tall piece of furniture. In that respect it is a miracle. The downsides are that I find it uncomfortable, especially the velcro straps. I can't get them to evenly cover the fabric without hitting the top or bottom and thereby scratching. I've read other comments that suggest a taper and I wish Nworly would make a belt with a tapered velcro strap. I'll probably cut it myself. Another thing is I definitely can't wear it under my clothes and I don't see how anyone else can do it. While there are certainly bulkier braces and supports out there, the Velcro areas definitely stand out. However, I'm not complaining because it works. But I hope Nvorliy will listen to these suggestions and replace the velcro with tape.
