Review on Hoffman Steam Angle Radiator 401440 by John Jones

One of the heaters in the house was rattling in the living room, an awfully loud bang, to the point I had to turn the heater off at night so we could sleep. I found the culprit and checked the valve, a small metal lip fell off when I unscrewed it so I figured it might be a problem with the valve. This valve was the solution. I removed the old one and just screwed this in and it works great. No knocking noises. Problem solved. I ordered two to have on hand in case one of the old valves breaks. I recommend these valves.
