Never buy a band saw blade from Bosch if you intend to use it. All the sizes I've ever tried are the same! Make sure you order the "recommended size" for your machine. I have a Craftsman 80" in the mid 60's and it's a Boss! However, there isn't much information on blade specs. During this EXPENSIVE and tedious time, I've learned that you need to check your blade thickness. I've decided to get a heavier one Blade (I think it was .025) and haven't had any problems so far If you were just saying in your head that I was "pulling the blade too hard" negative This boss speaks for himself about proper tension For the experienced Veterans, we have "good hearing for perfect hearing". What is meant is the clicking sound or reverberation of a musical note that produces it. Newer devices may not allow for extra thickness, so make sure you're not wasting your time and money like I was (but not really my fault).
