Review on The Workbench POMS by Saul Rivera

I like that it's not only able to track work orders/requests but also production issues as well! It allows me to keep my day-to-day workflow organized which makes running reports easier than if they were separate systems - this is huge when you have multiple people reporting into your system!! Also very helpful for tracking vendor performance against our requirements. We are using WBS codes from another software package so we had some difficulty getting started. However once setup it has been great. Some of their features such as batch printing or sending emails could be improved upon however those aren't deal breakers either way. This product was easy enought set up by myself as an entry level user without any IT support involved. Our organization uses other products within SAP and wanted something similar where everything would fit together seamlessly rather then having two different types of programs working independently.
