It is very user friendly; it has helped us track our order status from pick-up at warehouse through shipment out of distribution center until receipt by customer! Easy integration with other systems and access to detailed information for every asset is great. I like that there's a lot of customization available but sometimes it's difficult to find exactly what you're looking for. I wish the interface could be more intuitive and user friendly. There are some features that aren't super accessible from the main dashboard, so if you don't know where to go to see some info, this is a good system.
