Terrible Case

It's impossible to size the bit without peeling the skin and clipping the sharp bits from the storage socket to view the matte dark engraving the size on the shaft. To be honest, the occasion is just as important to me as the beat. Only the smaller, lower level can be read on the case itself. The markers in the top rows are hidden because the rows do not diverge. I was drawn to this set for the appearance of a solid case and a variety of bit sizes. But plucking out every bit to look at the size, which is then unreadable without a lot of maneuvering, meaning the light is falling directly on it, really exacerbates. The case itself is made of fairly durable steel. Yes, I hate this set and am annoyed because I spent hours trying to find a set with a decent case and the sizes I wanted. I also note that Bosch's answer to one of the questions about hex shanks is wrong. The necks are round.

Pros
  • Gold Oxide Coating - extends bit life by resisting heat build-up
Cons
