I hate writing three star reviews because nobody reads three star reviews. But this nozzle deserves neither less nor more stars. I've used it to cut 12 3mm deep countersinks in 8020 aluminum extrusions, was ok but pretty shoty now. I don't blame the drill for dulling after cutting aluminum - I used a CNC router running at 13,000 rpm with no pouring - so it's not the best practice. or slightly flared at the end. I tried two different collets and couldn't get the bit deeper than 1/2 inch and that depth took a lot of effort. I haven't had any problems with my other 1/4" shank bits. Even though the aluminum dulled the bit, I could probably still use it on wood, but because of the shank problem, I'm probably just saying that the bit is timely and Arrived over-packaged.
