Great for stretching!

I honestly am new to yoga and have not used one of these until we did in class. I am so glad that I got one to use at home because now that I know how to use it, I like to use it a couple times a week. In the yoga class I go to, we use them to help stretch out different areas further than we could on our own. Honestly, the strap just makes it all easier!
