Stripping Tool - Remember to check the inside of the puller for material residue between uses - I found a small area of the outer coating inside the tool that is causing this has caused my 2nd misstep to prepare the RG6 cable (easily removed from all residues of previous use after cleaning the tool). There is a sliding black ring to adjust the cable to the correct depth (and ensure you can only insert the wire from the correct direction) - simply slide it towards the end of the tool before use. Crimping tool - works as intended with the supplied Klein connectors - no interference to make a good strong cable. The review unit works and has a sealed battery (some online reviews suggest the case can be opened and the batteries replaced). This isn't a problem for me though as I don't make a living from it and only need this tool for around 15-30 connections around the house. If I made a living at that, I'd be looking for something fully customizable (crimping tool), a wire stripper with easy-to-change blades, and a test kit that lets you test multiple cables and provide more information than just a basic connection. I would also expect to spend at least 4x what this kit would cost for at least all of this.
