Item looks exactly as pictured. It also comes with its own small pump. In theory it was really cool. Actually it was a waste of money and a big disappointment. Of all the carnival games bought for a child's birthday party, this was the worst. Unfortunately, they just don't go to bed! They are weighted as indicated, but not significantly. There wasn't even a real wind that day (inflatable houses didn't rock and all other inflatable toys were fine), but for some reason the pins kept flying across the yard. You cannot play with pins already lowered! They sat untouched throughout the party. Wouldn't buy again unless I'm only performing indoors.
