I have been rebuilding carburetors since 1985 and have rebuilt about 150 carburetors and this is the worst kit I have ever bought. It was missing one of the needle valves, as well as diagrams or instructions. The accelerator pump was also wrong and I had to buy it separately for more than the cost of the entire kit. I will never skimp on a set again because this one taught me a lesson: you get what you pay for.
