Review on Chatgenie by Doug Cardello

It has all of my team communication tools in 1 place! I love how easy it is to communicate across teams as well within them (we have several different departments).

There are so many options but they can be complicated at times if you're not familiar yet want more features than what's built-in already out there - just keep working through those tutorials or ask questions here when needed/wanted help getting something set up right from start :) We've been able solve our internal communications issues by using this tool together instead of emailing back & forth between groups who would otherwise never meet face2face anyway due to time differences etc.. As long we need an answer now vs later then no issue really since its realtime chat anyways :) This cuts down heavily upon emails sent internally which previously were used solely only because thats where everyone was located geographically close enought o collaborate without needing multiple people involved per task. The ability also allows us some "leisure" work outside office hours.
