Review on 🔧 Efficiency Boosting Performance Tool: W54117 65mm 14 Flutes Bulk Filter Wrench by Dale Emmel

The filter shown is a W54117 65mm 14 tooth filter tool, although I was actually sent a cheaper performance tool W54109 65/67mm 14 tooth for mass filters. Another MAJOR reason not to purchase this tool is that the bowl is not deep enough to fully insert a 3/8" ratchet/torque wrench to properly tighten the filter to the manufacturer's recommended torque. In honor of Revain, and that's why I shop at Revain, I was issued a full refund.
