I've been buying Brightroad headlights and taillights for a long time. I have a kit on every bike in my family. The light is bright and visible from afar. The price is also great and the product is well made. The only complaint I have is that when you attach it to your saddlebag the light can dip if you hit a big bump. I used my new tail light this morning and when I came back the light was gone. I lost nearly $20 after one ride. Update 7/22/2020: I contacted Brightroad about my problem and they offered to replace my lost taillight. I'm updating my rating to reflect the excellent customer service. Update 07/27/2020: Received a replacement this morning. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this product for the low price, great features, and great customer service.
