Helpful, read the instructions first, they are easy , but it's important to put the right screws in the right holes the first time. The instructions I received clearly state that you need a 21mm and a 22mm socket. Following the instructions, I hand tightened both large screws (21 and 22mm). After it was leveled, I tightened the screw by 21 mm, there are no cubes. I couldn't install the outlet properly. I had no problem tightening the 22mm bolt. After a while I tried a 22mm head on a 21mm bolt and it worked. I did NOT have to remove the brake cables, brackets or anything. It takes a second to figure out how to put the outlet and extension cords back in place, but it works. Again, no 21mm jack is required.
