I love how easy it was to use this service! The customer support team are very helpful in getting you pointed towards what your needs may be with their software as well being able solve any issues or problems/questions quickly (I had one problem which took about 10 minutes of my time but they resolved everything). Nothing really at all - just great experience overall using SMT services from start till finish including after hours when we needed help solving an issue related specifically our transcription system not working correctly during business shutdowns etc.
