It arrived with one of the baffles (bolt and concealed nut were cross threaded or not properly threaded). In general I liked it even before I used it on my tent. Then I had to go for a walk and my tent stayed open for many days in any wind. The deflector held up well. Love how well it held the edge of the canopy and how wide it was. I'm concerned about the length of the straps - I've ordered a new awning to replace the old one and I think it will be a few inches narrower overall. I don't think these straps have room to swap out. (Pretty sure I'll stop making new belts) My suggestion to the manufacturer would be to make your belts longer.
