The Mequiar DA is so easy to use

I have never used a burnisher or any other power tool on my car. The DA of this mequiar is very easy to use. First I doused my car in clay, then I used Meguiar's DA with a Menzerna SF4000, I hand rubbed alcohol on everything. You need to make multiple passes over a small area. It takes a long time. Watch the Auto Geek guys video or the Meguiar video for clues. The finish was brilliant with no halo, almost perfect. I apply Menzerna PL sealing by hand in two layers one day apart. I intend to grow above it. Maybe NXT Megiyara. But for now I can say that the paint looks better than new. My car is a 2007 Ford Escape Hybrid. I am grandmother and got more detailed results with this tool. I've always washed my car really well so it was in good shape but those little halos you see around the sun when you look at its paintwork I had and now they're gone. I would never be able to change the situation manually. I also removed minor scratches. I went and bought a cheap drill from Harbor Freight. You could use a cordless drill, but I didn't want to break ours. I tested the shine by holding the bottle with the words up to my car and looking at the before and after stain (yes of course I left the stain unpolished to impress my husband). You can clearly read the letters in the after and before area are all blurry. It's really weird to walk by a car and see your feet reflected in the mirror. I love the DA Power system and the pads are great for hand applying sealant, wax etc. I would buy pads for hand application now that I know how they feel and work. Washes off easily. You can use Meguiar's DA to apply sealer and wax, they have lots of videos showing how to do it. I've only used hand washers as sealant and they're a really good size for the job.
