I have never used a burnisher or any other power tool on my car. The DA of this mequiar is very easy to use. First I doused my car in clay, then I used Meguiar's DA with a Menzerna SF4000, I hand rubbed alcohol on everything. You need to make multiple passes over a small area. It takes a long time.
