Instillation was easy. Directions were easy to read and understand. The shower head sits up really high so make sure any short people in the house can reach your current shower head if they are going to be removing it when they are showering. My wife needs to stand on her tip toes if she wants to remove the head. The spray from the top of the shower head, to wash down the walls works well, as do the different spay options. The head is plastic so we will see how long it holds up, as we have hard water. All the pieces provided fit together correctly.After install I turned the water off and noticed that water leaks out of the head for a few seconds before stopping and that there were two water bubbles around the lower portion of water ports on the shower head. I saw that the water bubbles did not become a leak, they just stayed how they were, and I never heard any dripping coming from the shower. My old shower head did the same thing so I'm thinking it has more to do with the plumbing internals then with the shower head itself. Do to how high the shower head is and that they don't provide any other way to mount it I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
