DOES NOT WORK IN THE USA

After more than an hour of setting up our passwords etc it became clear that this unit was not made for the USA. The packaging says "not for overseas use" but I thought it was a different overseas destination XD. The remote and keyboard have significant lag and are very difficult to use. The cursor jumps all over the screen and moves very slowly. The only part I liked was the keyboard, but it didn't work properly either. Just rock!
