On the website and on the actual label the small zipped bag says 4 packs but only 3 came in a small bag that looks like it could barely hold 3. Was sealed tightly in another bag and I had to rip it open to see how many were actually there. Checking the clasps through the bag, the return springs appear to be weak and may open if one of the rope braids is pulled/twisted. Therefore, do not use them in critical cases. Large play in the swivel range can also increase the risk of breakage. Normal for simple operation.
