Review on ๐Ÿ•ท๏ธ SpiderMaker PLA Filament: Unbelievable Additive Manufacturing Solutions by Seth Gomez

Good thread, I had to readjust a little, it doesn't wind up well. print settings.

Overall I like this thread a lot. This is a great mid gray color and I really like the matte quality. I wasn't able to use my default PLA print settings (which seem to be standard for matte filament) so a bit of adjustment and tweaking was needed. I noticed that this thread shows the level and z-lines even after tweaking. - fluctuate more than most. This is probably just the nature of dull threads. The main disadvantage is that this thread was not wound up well. I often hear filament rubbing and sliding, only to turn around and notice that the end going into the printer gets caught a little under two or three other lines. This makes me a little paranoid that it will hook forever and cause a failed print, but I kept an eye on it to make sure that didn't happen. I'm not sure it will if I just let it print for a long time. I suspect the extra tension on the feed thread (during pinching) is causing the exaggerated ply lines I've seen. I'll probably switch threads because of this issue, but if I come back to see that it's resolved then I'll definitely switch back because I like the look of it. A NOTICE. I store my threads with the free end taped off. under tension, so this reel problem is not due to careless storage. Here are my print settings: Printed on Artillery/Envovo Sidewinder X1 from 0.4mm nozzle. Add to. Multiplier: 1.0Estr. Width: Manual, 0.5mm Retr. Spacing: 2.3mm, no ERD, 0.2mm vertical, 60mm/s, no coast. Layer Height: 0.15mm, 10 solid layers top and bottom, 3 shells, print from the inside out, 30% low outline speed, 10% fill, default print speed 60mm. /sTip Temp: 230ยฐC First two layers, 220ยฐC from layer 3. Layer Temp: 60ยฐC Cooling: No fan for first two layers, 100% speed for layer 3. Hope this helps!
