I have a 2011 f150 5.0 with 135,000 miles/3.55 gears. I've been using these plugs for about a week now and it may be a placebo effect, but I find my truck runs smoother with them than the Bosch Iridium plugs I found in them. I track my mpg every time I fill up and it seems I can get a little over 1mpg. With other candles I had an average of 15.5. The Bosch spark plugs included had clearance within the spec for this truck (0.041-0.047) so they were not worn out, but at the same time they were not Motorcraft. I believe Ford engines will run better with OEM spark plugs.
