I was able to install this part in the rear right door of my 2004 Acura TSX. However, I had to make two changes to make it fit. First, the plastic lever that moves back and forth on this part is slightly different than the original actuator on my TSX. The original is on the right side of the attached image. I had to be very careful prying off the lever on the new actuator (breaking it in the process) and replacing it with the green piece from the original actuator. Also, in order for the new actuator to be screwed in, I also had to take a hacksaw and remove a piece of plastic in the groove that is mounted on the metal part of the lock assembly. I haven't found any information online that these changes would be required, but in my case this was the only way to apply them. After these two modifications were made, everything fitted perfectly. Now all 4 of my doors close and open and this also fixes the issue of my trunk not opening with the button on the back of the car. I hope this review helps someone else with the same car.
