DO NOT BUY - DEFECTIVE
Ordered - DOA. Open circuit in the primary winding. Got a replacement. Tested 2.5 ohms, installed, tried to start for 5 seconds with no spark. He pulled out and opened the circuit on the primary side - immediately blown. Went and got one of these (different brand) from the local tractor supplier - works as expected. These are non-working, defective, improperly manufactured units. Do not buy. The Tractor Supply part number is 23800199. Order it instead.
