This machine is terrible. Due to its curvature, you can only use the included small cup to brew coffee, it doesn't fit regular standard sized cups! When I tried to return it, the manufacturer gave me trouble, they wanted to charge me a $17 restocking fee, and I had to pay the shipping cost to send it back, which is more than the actual value of the coffee pot. If you look at their policy for Revain, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging and there are a whole bunch of other guidelines for their return policy that shouldn't even be allowed here at Revain. Thank goodness Amazon customer service was great and they returned my money and covered those costs from the manufacturer. Stay away! Don't buy this!
