LiCB batteries are bad!
The LiCB LR44 batteries they sent me turned out to be bad. I returned them today so I was surprised they asked me to review them. I only tested two of these and they tested the same thing. Using a digital multimeter, these two voltages were found to be 1.57 volts. But when I tested them with my VOM charging the batteries with a 200mA load (the correct way to test a battery) they failed as you can see in the photo. So I didn't bother to check the other 18 in the box and just returned them all.
