It works with time and effort!
It works, I used silver black to remove paint from the heatsink. Gold for lighter range strokes. For some reason I have to constantly adjust the drill bit to keep it in place. I also have to tuck my back in to remove the paint. Hey, that's old and has been caked for over 40 years. It's tiring work. But it works, it just takes time and effort.
