Snaps nicely onto rail E

Good for light/small items. It would be nice to have space for small items that always seem to end up at the bottom of the tool bag and the back of the drawers. The stitching has ripped a bit, but the material seems acceptable. In my opinion it doesn't hold up with heavy tools but should be fine for what I need - tape measure, rope, chalk, lighters, flags and the like. The E-Track buckles feel nice and heavy, so even if that doesn't hold up, I'll definitely find a use for them.
