Works as expected. The seal feels surprisingly good, suits the stem it mates well with, I wouldn't trust it if harsh solvents or degreasers got on it. Just note that THIS did not come with a star nut screw. Not a big deal as your regular hardware store has a stainless steel M6 socket head cap screw. Just remember that the hole in the lid is countersunk, not countersunk.
