I've always hated suction cup mounts, even the best ones fall off over time. No matter how well you fitted them, how clean your windshield was, or how well you sealed them, they would fall off, usually at night when the temperature fluctuated, sometimes while driving. for about 2 years, one for GPS, one for my phone, and I've even customized one to make myself a little blind spot mirror next to my rear view mirror. If you need to move one or adjust the position after you've pasted it, it's not difficult, the tape can come off with a little effort, or try a plastic spatula. Then replace the adhesive with a strip of clear 3M mounting tape. I just wish they would still sell the longer curved version (IG-SM2)([.]) which seems to be discontinued. If anyone at iTrek is reading this, please bring them back!
