Review on UserOnsite by Matthew Miles

We've been using UserOnsite for more than a year now and we are very satisfied with the results. It's easy to use, it's very effective and it's very well integrated in the Google Analytics. We had some problems with the first version and the support team was very helpful and responsive. We haven't found any major issue with the current version. The only thing I would like to mention is that the price is a bit high for a free service. We are solving the issue of having a very large number of users on our website. We've been able to track all the actions of our users and find out what they do on our website. We've also been able to increase the conversion rate.
