Worked great on my wife's 2010 Honda Fit

It was a little difficult to get it back in place but once in place it works great. I feel like the glass curve is more than factory, but in the end it just means that although the image is a little more distorted than what we're using ("Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear" ), the mirror sees a bit more when you look at it, so it's not bad.
