Review on Sanitaire Professional Upright Commercial S5000A by Jim Bethea

Update: I am changing this rating to 1 star and I would give zero if I could! I've been in the cleaning industry for over 20 years and this is by far the worst vacuum cleaner I've ever bought! We sent it back once for an exchange. I had to buy 2 parts to repair. Today while cleaning the office, the wheel fell off completely! We haven't even had this vacuum cleaner for 1 year! I have a Panasonic that we have had for years and it still works great! The thing is scrap and the price is too high! Cannot blame 1 vacuum cleaner as we replaced it! Also the replacement is complete bullshit! I have cheaper ones that work better than these. Very disappointed and I'm not even asking to return it again as I'm over it right now! I bought this vacuum cleaner for my cleaning company. While it absorbs very well, the roll on it is very poorly done. Went down twice. For the money spent I'm not sure I would recommend this product. I've been in the cleaning industry for over 20 years and when a vacuum cleaner breaks in less than a month, that's not good.
