Upgrade. The person I gave it to sent it back to me so I could go back and get it back. When I took it out of the box to take a closer look, I had no problem saying that the list was not only misleading, but deceptive. When the only metal in this tablet holder is a thin film covering the plastic bracket on the back. The silver tip on the back is all aluminum in this thing. The rest is just plastic. The "locking mechanism" requires a small piece of plastic to be double-sided taped to the back of the tablet and presumably tightened with a screw that goes through the center of the clip. I'm guessing because the tool they send you, an Allen wrench of sorts, was either too small to actually tighten the internal internal screw or it was already snapped off, I'm not sure which one. This is a solid $60 mount, as they call it, was not only DOA but so overpriced it's a crime. The Revain representative who handled my call told me that I should not return the defective mount and instead dispose of it. So I decided to take it apart to see what kind of work was actually done. The metal parts of this tablet holder consisted of several hex head screws and a 1mm thick sheet of aluminum covering the wall mount. When everything else is solid plastic. Not even high quality plastic. I don't usually scold like this, but I'm absolutely furious. I really hope this review saves someone else a waste of money. The listing is misleading and suggests they are aluminum. Even the Revain rep who handled my refund agreed the listing was misleading at best and outright false advertising at worst. go and get it back The only metal on this thing is part, yes part, of the bracket that attaches to the wall. The rest is nothing but plastic. He told me that the part that goes in the middle where you screw to "lock the tablet" was already stripped. Now if he gets a lemon and the rest is fine. It doesn't matter in my opinion because again it's a $60 piece of plastic. There are several other solid aluminum options that cost less and work much better.
