Cold brew coffee can be expensive. I took a similar block from ALDI to try and I liked it. This went on for several months until the glass broke. At this point I was addicted to a cold drink and needed to find a substitute. This block is made of plastic and will not break. Flavor seems better and cooks faster than my previous block. Brewing occurs when the device is turned upside down, in this case it is more efficient. When brewing is complete, remove the filter and the unit will be stored/poured right side up.
