Testing aquarium water after too many hoses had tipped over was made much easier with this product. The holes are perfect for API vials and the acrylic looks and performs well when constantly wet (as you would expect from acrylic). However, the dry sticks are too short to be effective. Yes, they hold the pipes upside down and vertical. However, corresponding tube drying racks must be longer than the tubes themselves. Because they are too short, the tubes cannot dry completely as the drops stay inside forever as the rim of the tubes forms a sort of small seal with the acrylic stand base. The moisture must evaporate completely to keep the tubes hygienic and to prevent tap water from contaminating your readings.
